Madison Holleran lit up every room she walked into. A gifted student, a dedicated athlete, and a caring friend, Madison seemed to have everything going for her. But behind the bright smile and impressive achievements, she was quietly struggling with her mental health.
In January 2014, at just 19 years old, Madison tragically lost her life to suicide during her first year at the University of Pennsylvania. Her story shook the world and started a conversation around the hidden battles that so many young people face, especially those who feel pressure to appear “perfect” on the outside.
In her memory, the Madison Holleran Foundation was created to spread a simple but powerful message: It’s okay to not be okay. The foundation works to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and support young adults who may be silently suffering, just like Madison was. Their mission is rooted in compassion, education, and breaking the silence that surrounds mental health challenges.
We are incredibly proud to partner with and share the Madison Holleran Foundation initiative. Together, we’ve created a special line of merchandise designed to help grow the foundation and raise funds for it while doing so!
Madison’s story is a reminder that mental health struggles don’t always look the way we expect. Through this spotlight, we hope to honor her life, uplift her legacy, and support the vital work being done to protect the mental health of young adults everywhere.
